Our company was an amalgamation of Shanghai Wanli Electronic Appliances General Factory, Shenzhen Wanli Electronic Appliances Co., Ltd., Shanghai Xingling Business Co., Ltd., Shanghai Xingling Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Xingmei Industry and Commerce Co., Ltd. We are a collective enterprise affiliated to the Economic Committee of Chongming County in Shanghai with a registered capital of 12 million RMB. In 2001, we purchased the former Shanghai Changzheng Screwdriver Factory and Shanghai Unique Plastics and Hardware Co., Ltd. Their product financial leases are around 10 million RMB. Our company changed to a private enterprise in 2003.
